I go to a leadership academy called green stairs on (most) Sundays.
The teacher for this class asked each student’s parent how their child was before they started green stairs, how they are now, and how it affected them.
We were asked to sum up what our parent said about us and write an essay about it.
My dad stated that before we were in green stairs, we didn’t know some key life skills that are very helpful tools in our lives.
These life skills are our retentive, writing, memorization, and attentive skills.
Before green stairs we barely even knew of some of these topics in general. It helped get in touch with aspects of life that we hadn’t even known of.
Before green stairs we didn’t know what being a leader meant or what it means to be a goat.
We still can’t explain it that well but we at least know what it is. Before we were in this program we had no structure in our lives.
Green stairs helped us develop time management and structure in our lives. We didn’t know that we need to analyze problems or how to analyze them.
But now, whenever we spot something problematic that can possibly be fixed we take a moment to think about what we could do.
In conclusion, green stairs basically evolved the way our brains work and solve problems or conflicts
