Z.A-JML-13
Today we came a little late and then we prayed. Teacher LJ told us to test out and I had some trouble in dua allahummagfirli. So he told me to memorize it. And I memorized the whole dua but had some problems with the pronunciation. Then we talked about what we learned last class so that the other new students can learn those. We talked about amana which mean gift from god and we also talked about accountability mean you are responsible for everything you do.
Also we talked about loving Allah. We need to make the relationship between Allah full of love.
Also we talked about soul- when we die the soul is the one who will answer the questions that were going be asked in the grave.

Today also two guest came. Mr.C-He was a Cristian and then he reverted in Islam.
Ms.J- She got cancer in 2018 and she tried to examined multiple religions but she didn’t fell corrected. she read the Quran one day and felt more peaceful with it. Then she tried to learn more about Islam and then one day she thought to herself revert. She recited Sahada and her family excepted in a certain way. We also talked about the movie that we watched last class. The movie called moozlim. This movie show the situation back when 9/11 happened and how tough it was for the Muslims also this movie showed that the parent were being too strict of their children’s faith and then the father who took his son to a Muslim school where they learned Quran, pray etc. Also the son have to stay in the school with a roommate.

But there was one teacher from the school who was too strict and used to beat student who broke the rule also if they don’t do well in school. The son who the father brought here was good but then slowly he turned a little bad and then one night he broke the rule then the teacher beat him since then whenever the word Islam and the religion something brought up he used to fell so angry and sad. And since then he did not saw Islam in the same way which teaches us that no matter what beating someone or being overly strict is not the way to teach someone the right thing.

Teacher LJ also talked about the importance of Quran he told us that Quran is god words and Quran give us advice. The guidance in life.
Overall today we learned a lot including we learned about our 2 guest their journey through Islam.
