In this week’s class in the green stairs academy I came in early this time and I was let in to class and then he told us to go to inside the mosque and try to meditate for 30 min and I tried but I couldn’t then the teacher came to me and asked me to follow him because I couldn’t and the other were doing it I guess because he went up to there face and waved his hand To show me that they are away from each other and will not wake up unless you touch them. Then he took me back and asked why I wasn’t panicking like she was. I had a hard time concentrating during meditation. I told him it was my first time and I wanted to learn meditation to help me relax and focus. Then he called her back to class and was able to begin her lesson. Today in class.

Then he had every student come up and talk about 3 things in the news that they had interest in and that they read about and can tell anyone anything about it.S1 talked about the ban of iphone 12 and an alien mexican mommy.
S2 talked about kenya’s power output and the new iphone 15. Then as a class we talked about the 3rd eye and what it is and what it does. So the 3rd eye is what feeds your soul. And you feed it by doing something for or to Allah. We also had a talk about how meditation will help you focus on feeding your soul.
Then we had a talk as a class about how intentional ideas can either take you to hell or heaven and how unintentional ideas can also send you either way. We talked about the power of purpose and how Unleashing the Power of Purpose: Transforming Lives
